I've been on both sides of this, and not just once.
My name is Cyrille, and here's the short version of how I got here.
Fell in love with computers and broke the IDE bus while reassembling the family Packard Bell.
Came home from school and pulled coding all-nighters.
Dropped out of computer school to start programming full-time. Quickly, my days became a mix of heavy smoking, poor sleep and stomach ulcer pains. I moved to Canada and spent a year without touching a computer at all, because that was what it took to save myself.
I collapsed from fatigue and left my home in Berlin to venture out into an journey to gain deeper understanding of myself. It led me to travel all over the world including Japan where I was living for a couple months, in awe of the sakura season. I was enjoying full control over my time being a freelancer, and what seemed like happiness and success from the outside was actually a very different story behind the scenes: chronically ill, exhausted beyond reason, and all my relationships (romantic, platonic, familial…) were insecure, dramatic and destructive.
I was spending nights looking for answers online. Hoping something would change, without any idea how to get there. I found and joined a transformational process of which I became a facilitator in the following years.
After guiding 25+ clients through their transformation, I embarked on a multi-year and still ongoing training in biodynamic listening, which is where the body-level part of how I work comes from.
Healthy, balanced and full of energy after this long journey. I've stopped treating myself like a computer, and yet I am still into programming and busy backing startups to grow to their next stage, renovating an old stone house in France (which will hold something of its own, starting spring 2027), travelling all over the globe, and carrying this space so others can feel as good as I feel today.
I'm not a therapist, and this isn't therapy.
What I have is twenty years inside the work you're inside, two collapses of my own, a long training in deep listening and an infinite amount of teachings along the way.
I'm offering to help you gain clarity and understanding on why you are feeling the way you are. It's okay to want to feel better, and I got you.
