Six months, and very little machinery.

Here is exactly what you get and what is asked of you. Nothing is hidden behind an intro call.

01 — your standing window

15–20 minutes a week, open whether you use it or not.

A fixed slot in my week that belongs to you. You can take it, use five minutes of it, or let it pass. Skipping needs no message, no reason, and nothing gets logged or noticed. It is a window, not an obligation — which is the whole point of calling it that.

02 — deep sessions

Four to six long sessions, used when something surfaces.

Up to 120 minutes each, spread across the six months rather than booked in advance. When something opens up in a check-in, or on your own, we make the space for it that week. Sitting with what's actually here takes longer than twenty minutes, and it doesn't arrive on schedule.
I use a mix of active listening and gentle challenge when we both feel it is needed.

03 — no assignments, no gating

There is nothing to complete between sessions.

No worksheets, no journalling prompts, no habit to keep, and nothing you have to finish to unlock what comes next. If you're used to earning your way through a programme, the absence might feel strange for a few weeks. That's expected, and it isn't a gap in the design.

04 — before we start

One consent step, read and signed.

Before the first long session you'll read and agree to a short document: what this work is, what it isn't, that it's coaching rather than psychotherapy, how confidentiality works, and what I do if something clinical surfaces.

05 — after six months

It ends, on purpose.

There's no rolling subscription and no renewal push. We close with one last long session. If you want to work together again later, that's a new conversation, started from wherever you are then.
