Is this therapy?
No. This is a guided container, and it is not psychotherapy or a substitute for licensed clinical care. I'm not a licensed clinician and I don't treat, diagnose, or work with trauma clinically. What I do is listen actively to where you are at, and ask the right questions that can guide you to clarity on what may have brought you here.
Why you and not a licensed therapist?
Therapists have helped me, but no practitioner could heal the pains they've never had. A 10-year journey through finding balance can bring a more complete and felt approach than learned systems can. I've been where you are.
What if something clinical comes up mid-container?
I say so directly, and we pause that thread. I keep a written referral policy and a list of practitioners, and I'll help you get to the right one. Continuing our work alongside clinical care is sometimes fine and sometimes not — that's a decision we make together, with your clinician's view carrying more weight than mine.
What if I go weeks without using my window?
Then you go weeks without using it. Nothing is tracked, nothing is chased, and you won't hear about it. The window stays open the whole six months regardless. Sometimes just knowing we have the option to lean on someone is exactly what is needed.
What if I'm not ready for six months?
Start smaller. A single €90 orientation session gets you a real, honest read on where you are, with no ongoing commitment. See pricing →.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
You can stop at any time, and you don't have to explain why. Within the first 30 days I refund the unused part of the six months. After that the fee is committed, because the space is held for you whether or not you use it. If your circumstances change hard, write to me — I'd rather talk than hide behind a policy.
Can sessions be in French?
Yes. The site is in English, the work can be in either language. There's a field on the apply form.
Is there an in-person option?
Not yet. A small-group residency is planned for spring 2027, in the south of France.
