what is collected
Only what you send through the apply form: your name, email, language preference, and what you choose to write. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising pixel, and no cookie beyond what is needed to serve the page.
orientation session payments
Booking a single orientation session is handled through Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, and payment details directly to process the booking — I never see or store your card details, only that a payment was made.
how it is used
To read your application, reply to you, and — if we work together — to keep the minimum record needed for invoicing. Nothing is shared with third parties or used for marketing.
how long it is kept
Applications that don't lead to work together are deleted within twelve months. Invoicing records are kept as long as French accounting law requires.
residency interest list
If you leave your email to be notified about the future south-of-France residency, that email is stored solely for that purpose — to let you know if and when it opens. You can ask to be removed at any time by writing to cyrille.labesse@proton.me.
your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion at any time by writing to cyrille.labesse@proton.me. Under the GDPR you may also complain to the CNIL.
