Terms of service
These terms cover the Recompile coaching container, offered by L'essentiel au Céou EURL. By applying and paying, you agree to them.
scope of the service
Recompile is a six-month 1:1 coaching container: a weekly 15–20 minute window and four to six sessions of 90–120 minutes. It is coaching. It is not psychotherapy, medical or psychological treatment, or a substitute for licensed clinical care, and no clinical or diagnostic service is offered or implied.
fees and payment
The fee for the six months is payable in full before the container begins, by invoice. Founding cohort pricing is limited in number and time and is offered in exchange for a testimonial or case study, which you are free to decline at the end without change to the fee.
cancellation
You may stop at any time without giving a reason. Within 30 days of the start date, the unused portion of the fee is refunded. After 30 days the fee is non-refundable, as the time is reserved for you whether or not it is used.
referral and limits
If something arises that calls for licensed clinical care, I will say so and refer you to appropriate practitioners. I may end the container early in that situation, with a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.
confidentiality
What you say stays between us, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk to your life or someone else's.
orientation sessions
A single orientation session may be purchased separately from the six-month container, at the price shown on the pricing page. It is a one-time paid conversation and does not include or guarantee entry into the six-month container. It is refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, and non-refundable after that point.
governing law
These terms are governed by French law. L'essentiel au Céou EURL is the contracting party.
